DRAKE ILLUSTRATED
I’m old enough to remember the overwhelming resentment when Drake first stepped into the rap world: just a singer, not black enough, from Canada, an actor, etc. Yet he still became the best-selling artist in the world, in his own way. What resonated with me the most, was the candor and vulnerability in his stories. As a creative, there are a million ways to do things, but what inspires me most, are the ones who make it when everyone says they can’t.
